Recetita de galletas, mmmm

Thank you for the recipe Faith Ann, I will post it here for a while... I don't want to miss it ;)

Kris Kringle Cookies

Note: These come from the Kraft Canada website. These are "big batch" cookies.

1 cup softened butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
2tsp baking soda
2 pkgs (6 squares each) White chocolate (like Bakers)
2 cups dried cranberries
2 cups chopped pecans or walnuts or almonds

Preheat oven to 375F

Beat butter, sugar, brown sugar until light and fluffy
Add eggs, vanilla and beat until well blended.
Add flour, baking soda, and mix well

Stir in chopped white chocolate, cranberries, nuts.

Drop rounded tablespoons of dough, 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets.

Bake 12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 3 minutes, then remove from baking sheets onto wire racks. Store in a tightly covered container at room temperature.
